Meet the Dentists
Dr. Frank Aiello
Experienced Implant Specialist and Dental Educator
Dr. Frank Aiello’s approach to specialty care is centered on listening to his patients and working together to achieve their specific health goals. He strongly believes in educating patients on the connection between dental health and overall well-being.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Dr. Aiello attended the University of Pittsburgh for his undergraduate studies before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine. Following his education, he served a four-year tour of duty in the US Navy Dental Corps, where he gained extensive experience. His dedication to excellence is further demonstrated by achieving a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry.
A true leader in the field, Dr. Aiello is a keynote speaker at dental symposiums, focusing on the transformative potential of mini dental implant techniques. He has been instrumental in developing comprehensive training programs for other dental professionals and co-founded Mini Implant Mentors to foster a collaborative approach to implant dentistry.
Outside the practice, Dr. Aiello is deeply committed to the Norwin community. He and his wife, Mary, are active volunteers with several local organizations, including the Rotary Club of Norwin. They have raised three children and are now proud grandparents to six grandchildren. In his personal time, Dr. Aiello enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, exercising, and traveling.

Dr. Kiran Changa
Periodontal Specialist
Dr. Kiran Changa is a periodontist originally from New Jersey who completed his undergraduate and master’s education at Rutgers University before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry. He later returned to Rutgers to complete his specialty training in periodontics, where he developed a passion for helping patients improve both their oral health and confidence through comprehensive periodontal and implant care. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kiran enjoys photography, painting, sports, travel, and spending time in nature. He also loves exploring new cultures, creating different blends of chai, and finding inspiration through art and everyday experiences. He and his wife, who is also a dentist, have been together for many years and enjoy traveling, trying new foods, and making lasting memories with family and friends.
Dr. Bernard Lam
Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Dr. Bernard Lam was drawn to dentistry and oral surgery because he is a natural critical thinker who enjoys working with his hands. He finds deep satisfaction in his ability to alleviate a patient’s discomfort while providing comprehensive, specialty-level treatment. Dr. Lam prioritizes building close, trusting relationships with his patients, a goal he achieves by being an excellent listener.
Dr. Lam began his academic journey at Binghamton University before attending Columbia University College of Dental Medicine to earn his dental degree. Driven to specialize, he then completed rigorous training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. His specialty training focuses on complex procedures, including dentoalveolar surgery, dental implant placement, socket preservation, and the safe administration of IV sedation.
Dr. Lam enjoys working with his hands and loves to tinker and build things. He is also passionate about fitness and enjoys taking long walks with his wife and child.
Dr. George Tunder
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. George Tunder completed his undergraduate degree from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA. He attended the University of Pittsburgh Dental School and subsequently joined the United States Air Force where he served and completed his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2007. During his time in the military, Dr. Tunder served as the Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Barksdale AFB, LA, and was an associate professor at Louisiana State University in Shreveport, LA.
Dr. Tunder entered private practice in 2012 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge, innovation, and expertise through his dedication to continuing education and advancement.
When Dr. Tunder is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and is an avid sports fan who appreciates watching Pittsburgh Penguins hockey as well as playing in adult hockey leagues.
